The EnergyValue Housing Award (EVHA) honors
builders who voluntarily incorporate energy efficiency in the design,
construction, and marketing of their homes. Each year, builders across three
climate regions (cold, moderate, hot) and five categories (affordable, custom,
factory-built, multifamily, production) are recognized during the International
Builders’ Show, the world’s largest construction trade show.
