El Paso, Texas has a shortage of 8,000 multifamily (apartment) units because of
the dramatic growth at Fort Bliss. The expansion will bring at least 27,000 new
troops and civilian personnel to El Paso by 2012. The City of El Paso and the
Department of Defense's Office of Economic Adjustment invite you to:
